CONWAY

Positioned on the Waccamaw River, Conway is known as “South Carolina’s Historic River Town.” The area boasts a
small-town feel with live oaks lining avenues, a captivating Riverwalk, and many historic homes and buildings. With a
revitalized business district, its close proximity to Coastal Carolina University, and regional medical center, Conway is an
              attractive area for many newcomers.

              AYNOR

What began as a terminus for a railroad from Conway in the early 1900’s, by the early 20th Century Aynor evolved into a
bustling town with a tobacco market, brickyard, cotton gin, and several mills. Situated right in the projected route for the
new Interstate 77, Aynor has a big and bright future ahead as it will provide direct access from the Midwestern U.S. to
              the Grand Strand.

              LONGS

An unincorporated town, Longs is located across the Waccamaw River and is growing in popularity among residents
who want to be close to the beach, but away from the denser populated cities. Here you’ll find ample acreage for
              building your own home.

              LORIS

Incorporated in 1902, Loris encompasses 3.1 square miles and is home to approximately 2,600 residents. Well-known
for their annual Bog Off Festival, Loris welcomes thousands of festival-goers celebrating a tasty Southern dish called
“Chicken Bog.” Many find Loris to provide the feel of a small town with close enough proximity to the beach to enjoy the
best the Grand Strand has to offer.
