SPECIAL NEEDS SERVICES
The Horry County Disabilities and Special Needs Board and
Georgetown County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs
provide our coastal area with resources for special needs.
In addition, specialty practices dedicated to meeting these
individuals’ needs are throughout the local communities offering
support, services, and programs to families and people of all ages
with intellectual and related disabilities, head and spinal cord
injuries, and autism.
