Lifelong success begins with our fine public and private schools in Horry and George-
town Counties and continues at the many higher educational institutions in the area.
Public schools within both Georgetown and Horry Counties provide dedicated staff
and progressive curriculum to sharpen the minds of children and prepare them for
college education. Both secular and religious private schools offer programs for ages
ranging from six months to 12th grade. Opportunities for advanced learning of all
ages are also plentiful with multiple notable universities and technical schools.
